Who will I actually work with?
Me, Reid. Beachside is a one-person shop, so the person you talk to on day one is the person building your site, answering your emails, and making your edits after launch.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for first drafts and busywork, which helps keep prices fair and turnaround quick. But everything is written around your business, checked by me, and approved by you. Nothing gets published or sent to your customers on autopilot.
What if I don’t like the first draft?
Then we fix it. That’s what the review call is for. Tell me what feels off, even if it’s just “this doesn’t sound like me,” and I’ll rework it. You don’t go live until you’re happy.
Where are you based?
I’m based in the Bay Area, just off Highway 1, and I build sites for businesses anywhere. Everything happens over phone, video, and email, so it doesn’t matter where you are.
What does it cost?
It depends on the package and how many pages you need. Starter and Business Launch are priced by package, and Custom Build is quoted per project after a short call. My first few clients also get founding-client pricing. Tell me what you need and I’ll give you a straight number, with no surprise invoices later.
How soon can I review a first draft?
Usually within a working day or two of getting your details. Going live takes a bit longer, since we still need your OK, your domain set up, and the forms tested.
Do you build fully custom apps?
I build websites, not standalone apps. The Custom Build package covers bigger sites, with custom design, many pages, and connections to your booking, ordering, or CRM tools. If you need a full custom app, I’ll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
Will follow-up messages go out automatically?
Not unless you want them to. I set things up so replies are drafted for you, and you decide what gets sent.
Can this work with my CRM or calendar?
Often, yes. I’ll look at what you already use and suggest the simplest way to connect it. Bigger integrations get quoted separately, so you know the cost before any work starts.
